Introducing the Renthal Twinring™ Rear Sprocket, now available in black with 51 teeth. This sprocket features an Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum inner ring for maximum strength, while the outer ring is made of electro-less nickel coated steel for ultimate durability. Designed with a wave pattern and an interference fit, the outer ring is expanded at 200°C and fitted over the inner ring for a permanent bond that will last the life of the chainwheel. Additional strength is provided by the flat socket head screws, which also eliminate contact with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt build-up and reduce chainwheel wear and weight. This sprocket is much lighter than an all-steel rear sprocket, yet will outlast a standard all-aluminum sprocket by three times.
