Renthal Twinring™ Rear Sprocket • 48 Tooth Black

The Renthal Twinring™ Rear Sprocket features a 48 Tooth Black design that combines durability and lightweight construction. The inner ring is made from high strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, while the outer ring is electro-less nickel coated steel for ultimate durability. The sprocket is designed with the minimum amount of material to keep weight down, and features an interference fit combined with a wave pattern that ensures a permanent bond for the life of the chainwheel. Other technical features include self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth that prevent dirt build up and reduce chainwheel wear and weight. Additionally, the flat socket head screws add strength to the chainwheel during side impacts and eliminate contact with the chain guide. This sprocket will outlast a standard all aluminum sprocket by 3 times, yet is much lighter than an all steel rear sprocket.
