Returns, Warranty, & Exchanges

We want you to be super stoked with your gear. We understand that buying online can be difficult and we strive to make your buying decision informed and accurate. But if it doesn't work out we want to ensure that you have a chance to get what you want. 

Returns

Return An Item: If you received an item and you want to return it please email us - shop@rideadv.com. We work with several manufactures and have different return methods for each. We'll get you set up with the info you need to return the item. Once that item has been received we'll issue you a refund or place a new order. Return shipping is your responsibility. 

  • You can start a return within 30-days of your purchase. 
  • Items must be in new, unused conditions. Any wear of any sort and the return will not be accepted. 
  • Lack of return information in the return can delay your return. Please make sure the info provided accompanies the return. 
  • Ensure the return packaging is adequate. Any returns damaged is the shippers responsibility. 

Received Wrong Item: If the item you received is NOT what you received, please contact us right away - shop@rideadv.com. We'll get it sorted out. We'll likely request some images of what you received, check your order, and get the right item on the way. If the correct item is not available we'll issue you a refund. We will provide any return shipping for the wrong item. There will be no additional charges or payments required. 

Warranties

Received Defective Item: If the item you receive is defective please reach out right away - shop@rideadv.com. It helps if you can provide images of the defective areas. Do not wear or use the item. We'll get you a new item on the way and get the item shipped back at our expense. You do have an option for a refund too. 

Received Damaged Packaging: If you receive an item and the packaging is severely damaged take pictures and email us right away - shop@rideadv.com. Don't open or use the item. We will need good images to file a claim with the shipping company and they might request that item be picked back up. We'll get you a new item shipped out. 

Exchanges

Exchanges work like returns. It needs to be returned in new and unused condition. Contact us and we'll set up your return with instructions on where to send it. You're responsible for return shipping.
