Gear Returns, Warranties, and Exchanges
Our Commitment: We want you to be super stoked with your gear. We understand that buying online can be difficult and strive to make your buying decision informed and accurate. If it doesn't work out, we want to ensure you have a chance to get what you want.
Gear Returns
Return an Item:
- How to Start a Return: Email us at shop@rideadv.com to initiate a return.
- Return Window: You can start a return within 30 days of your purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition. Any wear of any sort will result in the return not being accepted.
- Return Information: Ensure all return information accompanies the return to avoid delays.
- Shipping: Return shipping is your responsibility. Ensure the return packaging is adequate as any return damage is the shipper's responsibility.
Received Wrong Item:
- Contact Us: If you received an incorrect item, email us at shop@rideadv.com immediately.
- Next Steps: We may request images of the received item and will check your order. We’ll send the correct item or issue a refund if the correct item is not available. Return shipping for the wrong item will be provided at no additional charge to you.
Warranties
Received Defective Item:
- Contact Us: If you receive a defective item, email us at shop@rideadv.com right away with images of the defective areas.
- Do Not Use: Do not wear or use the item.
- Next Steps: We’ll send a new item and handle the return shipping for the defective item. You also have the option for a refund.
Received Damaged Packaging:
- Contact Us: If the packaging is severely damaged, take pictures and email us at shop@rideadv.com immediately.
- Do Not Open: Do not open or use the item.
- Next Steps: We need good images to file a claim with the shipping company. The shipping company may request to pick up the item. We’ll send a new item out to you.
Exchanges
Process:
- Condition: Exchanges work like returns. Items must be in new, unused condition.
- Contact Us: Email us at shop@rideadv.com to set up your exchange with instructions on where to send it.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping.
Cancellation Policy for Training
Rescheduling: We prefer rescheduling over cancellations and offer this option at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule your training session, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations:
- 60+ days before training: No charge, full refund.
- 30-60 days before training: $75 cancellation fee.
- 30 days or less before training: $100 cancellation fee.
Our Cancellations: If we have to cancel a class, we will first attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund. If we are trying to reschedule you, we will need you to reschedule within 1 year from the cancellation date. We understand this can be a huge inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
