Shipping policy

We work with many different types of gear. Some gear is small and easy to work with, others are larger and a bit more work. We also have many different suppliers for the gear you love and they vary with the speed at which they can get orders out the door. 

In general, most orders will ship in one to five business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. 

Processing

We generally process our orders within 24-hours with the exceptions of holidays and weekends. When we ship from a manufacture or vendor they may have a processing window of between one and 3 days. This will be stated on the product page if this occurs. In general, your order will be processed in a 24-hour window even with manufacture or vendor shipping. 

Changes and Cancellations

If you make a mistake on your order or need to cancel please contact us - shop@rideadv.com. The sooner the better. 

Shipping

PO Boxes

Some smaller items are just fine to be shipped to a PO box. However, some items like batteries or larger items may need a physical address. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Most items we carry are eligible for shipping to AK, HI, and other U.S. territories. Items such as batteries cannot be air shipped and are limited to the continuous 48 states. 

Military APO/FPO Shipping

We support shipping to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. To ship to a APO/FPO address select Standard Shipping and enter the military address as:

  1. the address provided by the unit using the street address lines
  2. APO or FPO for the city name (APO=Army/Air Force Post Office, FPO=Fleet Post Office)
