At RIDE Adventures, we believe every ride should bring you closer to your next one. That’s why we created RIDE Rewards — a simple loyalty program that lets you earn points when you purchase gear, book training, or sign up for a tour. Redeem those points to save on future gear, rentals, or tours!

Earning Points from Tours & Rentals

Booking a tour or rental? You can still earn RIDE Points — here’s how:

  1. Create an account on our e-commerce store.
  2. After you’ve paid in full, email us at shop@rideadv.com with your booking details.
  3. We’ll manually add your RIDE Points to your account.

💡 Note: Points are only awarded after full payment. Deposits alone do not earn points.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you cancel a tour, points earned from it will be deducted from your account.

If you used points on a canceled tour, we’ll return them to your account.

If you return gear and had used points to book a tour, your refund will be adjusted to reflect that.

Point Expiration

RIDE Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. Don’t let them go to waste — plan your next adventure soon!

Gear Shipping Note


Points used toward e-commerce purchases can only be redeemed for shipping addresses within the United States.

  • Points are non-transferable.
  • Points have no cash value.
  • Points cannot be applied retroactively to store purchases made before joining.
  • RIDE Rewards is for individual customers only.
